2024 Bond
On Thursday, Aug. 15 the Denver Board of Education unanimously voted "yes" on a $975 million dollar bond package for DPS. On Nov. 5, the package was presented to Denver voters.
Denver voters said YES to 4A and passed the 2024 Bond. We've got a lot of work to do these next four years to improve our schools, and we can't wait to dive in! Thank you Denver voters!
​The Road to the 2024 Bond: Community Planning & Advisory Committee Engagement
The 72-member Community Planning and Advisory Committee ("CPAC") met for several months to prioritize and plan the 2024 Bond package proposal.
In June, they presented recommendations for school improvements to the Denver Board of Education.​ On Aug. 15, the Board of Education approved the recommendations.
The $975 million bond measure for DPS schools was presented to Denver voters on Nov. 5, and​ Denver voters said "yes" and passed the 2024 Bond!

This bond initiative will not increase current property tax rates.
